Unions Sport 12 of the Top 20 Biggest Hogs At the Political Trough

Organized labor's perpetual and tiring whine is getting ever more shrill. Statist, apologist rags like The Atlantic echo their complaints and tinny sound of whiny children who just can't accept the undeniable face that their failure to deliver a value proposition to unorganized workers is theirs alone. http://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2013/07/the-2-supreme-court-cases-that-could-put-a-dagger-in-organized-labor/277616/

It must be particularly hard for labor to belly up to the bar and buy politicians who just don't seem to stay bought. Indeed, from 1989 to date, of the 20 largest contributors to political campaigns, organized labor boasts 12 of the biggest hogs at the trough. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-07-14/presenting-all-time-top-100-political-donors

Success or failure, and who is responsible, is interesting but less important to most employers than this reality: organizing is up, way up.

Be prepared.
