And once again, job satisfaction is first and foremost about relationships

Even if you're pulling down a fat paycheck, if you're earning it at a place where you're treated like dirt, chances are you'll want out.

A new survey from the Society for Human Resource Management found 72% of employees rank "respectful treatment of all employees at all levels" to be the most important factor in job satisfaction. 
The other factors in the top 5 are trust between employees and senior management (64%); benefits (63%), compensation/pay (61%); and job security (59%).
